Jason was great! He was fast and efficient. We maybe asked 1,000 questions and he didn’t mind at all giving us what we needed to feel comfortable about the plans to maintain our house for the future.

I paid about $4k over the past weeks for two separate heater repairs. I understand the unit is older and likely due for replacement within the next year or so. However, I relied on the company’s recommendation to proceed with repairs.
During the first visit, the technician accessed that we had a lot of air in the pipe and bled the system to get the heat back up. He recommended to replace the air vent and gave estimates for a couple of options. We decided to go with the option of replacing the vent (more expansive one but with a longer warranty) hoping that it would get us through this winter. When asked how long the boiler would last if maintained, the technician told me it should last a few more years.
When the system failed a week later, a different technician came out and told us that the thermocouple needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection, he found that the the unit was starting to get soot. At the moment, there was no safety issue to fix and get the unit up and running. However, he recommended either cleaning up of soot of the unit or replacing the system, which would cost anyway from $15k to $25k. The technician told me that we had a few options to consider down the road.
Just days later, the heater stopped working again. This makes me question whether the underlying issue was properly diagnosed from the start before spending significant amount of money to fix short-term issues rather than addressing the underlying issues. This has been very frustrating and disappointing.

We had a great experience with the repair of our air handler HVAC system. The team was professional and truly took the time to provide the care and attention needed to get everything working properly. Dave was wonderful—he delivered excellent service and made sure we understood the work being done. Highly recommend!

Sal Manzo Plumbing was awesome to respond to our gas water heater issue. I love they have grest digital tools to chat and get scheduled. This was our first experience and I chose them off of other good reviews and seeing their truck often in our neighborhood. There were two options either repair pressure release tank and valve (cheaper) or replace the 17 year old heater. We opted to replace considering the age. The full cost seemed on the higher end when I googled what it should run. That being said, Jason and his helper did the replacement the next day. You get digital notification when they are on the way. No mess, no drama – just a professional job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had an excellent experience with Sal Manzo Plumbing & Heating Inc. Their customer service was top-notch with clear communication and regular updates. The technician, Mike, arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, and quickly diagnosed the boiler issue. He was honest, confirmed the thermostat was not the problem, and did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary — which I really appreciated.
They even sent a photo of the technician before arrival, which was a great touch. Overall, a fair, efficient, and stress-free repair. Five stars, A++ service. Highly recommend.

We have used Sal Manzo Plumbing many times. Always with exceptional results. Mike was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He uncovered the exact issue and walked use through the work performed. I will not hesitate to use Sal Manzo Plumbing again and have 100% confidence in any future work Mike will perform. Just had a new meter bar set put in with an additional shut off valve. Mike M and the entire staff did a fantastic job. Always get quality with The staff at Sal Manzo Plumbing.
