As far as the work, he explained everything that needed to be done beforehand so there was no miscommunication and proceeded to do the work very neatly and efficiently. I was very happy with the work and would call them again and also recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

We had a blockage in our main sewer line out to the street. We scheduled Sal Manzo Plumbing to come today between noon and 4:00 p.m. They called this morning saying they could come early, so we jumped on it. Jason showed up shortly later and fully explained what he would do to fix the problem. Within 15 minutes, he was water jetting the pipe to clear it out. He asked if I wanted him to send the camera through to check the pipe. Multiple problems were found in the old pipe, so unfortunately we'll have to replace the whole pipe, but we'd rather know that now before there are other problems. Jason was completely professional and explained everything he was doing. We'll be going forward with replacing the pipe very soon. Thanks to Sal Manzo PHC and especially Jason.

Thanks again Jason for the great work. 12/18/2023 Chris did a great job cleaning out the main line. Mentioned I had a water hammer issue due to my washing machine and was honest about what it would cost to install it, which I declined as it was way overpriced. No fault of Chris as he is not the one who sets the price. Still, you can definitely count on Chris to do a great job. I had an issue this morning with my shower for an issue that had been recurring from my stem within my hot water knob that was constantly melting causing the water to continue to run even when the knobs in the shower were shut off. Getting this fixed several times a year was getting costly. Chris provided his opinion to replace both knobs with one handle which will eliminate the issue. We decided to proceed and he did an amazing job and it’s obvious he is quite skilled. Very thorough and provided me with the knowledge I needed in case I do run into any issues. You can’t go wrong with Manzo Plumbing. And on top of that they were able to squeeze me in on the day I called so greatly appreciative of that as well. Thanks again Chris for doing such an amazing job! Mike is still the best around. Was able to fix an issue today on short notice. All done in 15 minutes. Great personality and honest and upfront on his suggestions to ensure these issues don’t occur again. He has made my weekend that much better by getting this so quickly resolved and again on short notice. Can’t say enough good things. Make sure you ask for Mike at Sal Manzo Plumbing. He fixed my shower stem and washer for both of the knobs in the shower. Took him 10 minutes to do. Best service you can find anywhere. Great communication from the main office on arrival time which were met. Trust me if you need any type of plumbing service I highly recommend Sal Manzo Plumbing. Honest and good pricing and excellent service. And definitely ask for Mike. One of the nicest people and most talented plumber you will ever meet. I used Mike today to clean out the main line to my sewer and replace a spout in my shower and replace my faucet in my kitchen sink. As mentioned below he is the best plumber to ask for when you call for any services. I also used him several months ago to clean out my main line and today he fixed a broken valve from my dishwasher. He is by far one of the best plumbers I have used. He does excellent work and is now my go-to plumber. Very thorough and impeccable work. He is honest and upfront about what work he is going to do and the cost. There are no surprises. He even went so far as to show me additional issues that were caused by the leak and assisted me in getting the details I needed to work with my insurance company. I highly recommend using Sal. Pipes Fixed and Sink Unclogged! Mar 6, 2025

I was so nervous trying to find an honest and professional plumber for my pipes that were leaking. I’m so grateful I decided to call Sal Manzo Plumbing. From the secretary in the office to Mike, everyone was so nice and helpful. Mike came the same day and reassured me he could resolve my problem. Mike and Pat returned the next day and within the hour the pipes were fixed and the sink unclogged! Mike even reattached my kitchen cabinets back on the wall and replaced the stove he had to move to do the job! They cleaned up everything and you would never know he had to remove a piece of sheet rock to get to the pipe. Mike is so professional and so friendly and I will be using them again!
