Called at 11:00 a.m. on a Friday and Mike was here by 1:30 p.m. I loved that I got a text with Mike’s picture and a phone call letting me know he was on the way. I have little dogs that I need to lock away. He clearly explained exactly what needed to be done with upfront pricing. He finished the job efficiently and correctly…really appreciated it. Personable and Professional
Geoff was both personable and professional. Couldn't be more satisfied with the job that he was able to do. We had a discussion about the bowl, and I’m going to take his advice. My only problem is the fact that he worked here for about 20 minutes, and in the 20 minutes, it took him a while to complete my payment. I feel that $350 was a bit much. But I realize these are expensive times; your company should consider discounts for seniors.

Efficient, Friendly, No Mess
UPDATE: It's been several years since my first review and we have used Sal Manzo many times. They've hooked up a line for my dishwasher, installed venting for my dryer, installed a tap for hose on the side of my house, and repaired a pipe I drilled into while doing home repairs. They are always efficient, friendly, and they never leave a mess. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Oh, and back on that burst pipe from my first review? Mike recommended an independent claims adjuster who helped me get enough back that I was able to refinish my entire basement.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Mike came to my house bright and early and assessed my leak(s). I expected he’d schedule a second appointment, but instead he offered to fix everything on the spot! One hour later everything was fixed. He explained everything he was going to do, took pictures, and was lightning fast. He also alerted me that the damage I had was claimable on my insurance, something I hadn’t realized. He and Jay were knowledgeable, polite, and professional (they wore masks and booties to keep our home safe and clean). I will be using them again!

If you ever have a need for plumbing service, I cannot recommend Sal Manzo Plumbing enough. They arrived during the window I was given, and I was advised that they were on the way. Mike and Steven are very skilled, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed my problem and corrected it with the least amount of disruption, and they did it with virtually no disruption to the structure of the house. It’s like they were never here.
